Refund policy

You may return products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return conditions

  • Eligibility: items should be unworn, unused and undamaged, with original tags and packaging where possible.
  • Return period: 30 days from the date you received your parcel.
  • Return method: by post to our UK return address, after contacting us.
  • Return shipping costs: for change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we pay it.
  • Restocking fees: none.
  • Refund processing time: within 10 calendar days of receiving your return.

How to make a return

  1. Email support@velmorastitch.com with your order number, the name used on the order and the items you want to return.
  2. We reply with return instructions.
  3. Post the parcel to:

We recommend a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage until the refund is complete.

Refund process

Refunds are made in GBP to your original payment method within 10 calendar days of us receiving the returned items. We email you when the refund has been issued; your bank may take a few more days to show it. We do not replace a refund with store credit unless you ask for it.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, colour or item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Email support@velmorastitch.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the product and packaging. We cover the return postage and offer a refund, repair or replacement.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, email support@velmorastitch.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already been dispatched, you can return it under this policy once it arrives. You also have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.

Your legal rights

This 30-day policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including the 14-day right to cancel an online order and your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
