Shipping policy

1. Delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on every order to addresses in the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value.

2. Where we ship from

Velmora Stitch is operated from the United Kingdom by Glow Couture Ltd. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our fulfilment partners in China and shipped to the United Kingdom with tracked delivery to your door.

3. Processing and delivery times

Delivery happens in two stages:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (picking, packing and handover to the carrier).
  • Transit time: 5–8 business days (international shipping from China and delivery to your address).
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days from the order date.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (UK time), at weekends or on public holidays start processing on the next business day.

4. Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email straight after checkout. When your order is dispatched we email your tracking number. Because orders are shipped from China, tracking can take a few days to update while a parcel is in transit to the UK.

5. VAT, customs and taxes

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT and any import duties. Orders are shipped duty-paid, so you will not be asked to pay customs charges or import VAT when your parcel is delivered. Any additional delivery option and its cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

6. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, email support@velmorastitch.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

7. Delivery address

Please check your address before completing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. We can change an address until the order has been dispatched.
