1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on www.velmorastitch.com. By ordering, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

3. Using the website

You must not use the site for fraud, to spread malware, to access another person's account, or to interfere with its operation.

4. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep descriptions, images, sizes and prices accurate. Colours can vary slightly between screens. If we find an error that affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

5. Products and availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will tell you and refund it in full.

6. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example where a pricing error or suspected fraud is found, and will refund any payment taken.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Standard UK delivery is free. Payment is taken at checkout by the methods shown there. See our Payment Policy.

8. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners in China. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days from the order date. Goods are our responsibility until delivered to you. See our Shipping Policy.

9. Import and VAT

Prices include UK VAT and any import duties. Orders are shipped duty-paid, so no customs charges are payable on delivery. The total payable is shown before you complete checkout.

10. Returns and cancellation

You may return items within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. This is in addition to your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.

11. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, contact us and we will provide a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

12. Reviews and feedback

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. By submitting one you allow us to display it. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive; we do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

13. Third-party links and tools

We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to. Shopify hosts our store; your contract is with Glow Couture Ltd.

14. Intellectual property

Text, images and branding on this site may not be reused commercially without permission.

15. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or where exclusion would be unlawful. We supply goods for personal use and are not liable for business losses.

16. Events outside our control

If an event beyond our reasonable control delays your order, we will tell you. You keep your right to cancel and be refunded.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
